Good price for alarm/tint

My car is 2004/5 Corolla Conquest
I'm getting car alarm and tint from Premier Tint - Vardys Road, Blacktown.
they can do it for $650 the whole lot, just wondering if that's a decent price
car alarm = $450
its an upgrade installation since i have central locking. they were saying its none of that mongoose stuff.. its the proper thing from toyota or w/e. they just install it and i can still keep my keys that have the lock/unlock buttons, its just some setting in the computer.
tint = $200
quantam (i think thats the name) 35%
i can go 20% for an extra $50 they said. but i dont wanna risk since its illegal, and im on my p's.. so i could be a target.. but i derno, any u guys having problems with 20%? i think im better off with the 35% imo tho.
well if anyone can tell me a better place to go and better quality etc etc.. feel free to tell me. and if this is a good price?
