2T-B manifoild help!

Hi
im putting on a 2t-b twin manifoild on my 2t engine, but im not sure on why there is two water hoses inlets on the B manifoild, and only one on my regular 2t manifoild?
one is located under the manifoild, and has directly connections with the port for water in the top, the other is located on the right buttom side of the manifoild.
wich one to use? the other one i just have to close in some way i assume, since there isnt any hoses left for that inlet.
