Alchemist Forums Junkie Location: Sydney Registered: January 2003	Aftermarket Pod Filters Sun, 31 July 2005 08:11 Now as I was leisurely driving home down the Old Pac today I was pulled over by 2 Highway Patrol Officers for a "random" breath test. Anyway first that happened was I was asked to get out of the car and pop the bonet, of course it was noticed rather quickly that I had a pod filter installed. Anyway the 2 guys were rather decent chaps, not commenting on ground clearance, exhaust or any of the other things they could have thrown at me, but they were quite adimant that I get the filter boxed(which I've been planning on for a while). Just before I drove away I was breath tested. Anyway I drove away and they generously didn't give me a defect notice. Now, I'm wondering what the fines are if you actually get pulled over and you don't run into nice Officers like the ones I got today? I'd like to box the filter in the next few months, it's just when I can afford to do it. I just need to do a "cost analysis" as to whether I need to fix this up right away, or can it wait 2 months?
