1985 Cressida 5M-GE to a 1JZGTE Engine

Hi everyone I'm new but I'm extremely eager to get my Car back on the road I am no mechanic which is a pain being I have to pay for labour that I could do myself if I knew how! Anyways I have a 1985 toyota Cressida GLX-i with a 2.8L inline 6 cyl 5M-GE engine that had the rocket seals replaced to figure out why my compression test was backwards to the norm. After the rockets were replaced it seemed the cam seals were perished and the cam rings and cams are gone due to the oil getting in them. The Engine is pretty gone now so i've been looking at converting the car to have a 1JZGTE Engine installed a "Soarer JZZ30 2.5GT-T Twin Turbo" to be exact. I've been told this is a popular conversion nowadays and it takes little trouble (apart from the normal) to allow the car to use it. it has ECU which seems to be cool cos my car already had that with the 5M-GE although because the 5M was a 3 speed auto and this new engine is a manual I am getting an extra 4 speed auto gearbox to suit it. was wondering what kind of advice you could give this rooky!
