When I picked up my "JZX81 Chaser" front cut for my cressida conversion, I assumed that it was indeed a chaser.

Now I've found the guide to interpreting the chassis codes, and it appears to be a Mark II.

Now I figure this isn't going to make a great deal of difference to the conversion (all the same chassis, etc. after all), but there are some mechanical differences I have noticed.

For example, the brakes are only single-pot (I understood Chasers were twin-pot), and the rotors the same diameter as the Cressida (although much thicker). Also, I found the hydro fan control behind the ignition key, rather than over behind the glove box. The cut does have ABS and traction control - neither of which will be implemented on the Cressida.

Does anyone know what else differs between the Chaser, Mark II and Cresta, or where I might find some more info? Any searches I have done have yielded little.
