Opinion s on Custom "K" motor idea Mon, 08 August 2005 13:30 Go to previous message
Hi all I am on my beack into rollas again.

I have had an idea how to get a hybrid K motor by using parts from all K motors

Heres the idea that I have;
5K block with a 3K crank, custom pistons 5mm higher than standard on 7K conrods, use 4K re ground cam and standard 4K valve train. Shave block and a 4K head so the 2 together loose 5mm.

What I hope will be is a rev happy K hybrid motor approx 1350cc and will see 7500rpm all day everyday.

Also something to be different.

If any of this is not possible please feel free to explain why.

The idea works in my head but then again they said that communnism works too!

Regards Dale.
