SW20 MR2 Power Steering Relay

Hey guys and girls
have recently found a problem with my '2. When i dont drive it for a couple of days when i go to start it up the powersteering warning light doesnt go off with all the other warning lights and i have no power assisted steering, i thought oh crap maybe the pump has died but if i turn the car off and on a couple of times, the powersteering comes on and the warning light goes out as per normal, i've never had it fail once the car is up and running its only when first starting the car. I had a hunt around the net and the mr2oc.com forums (massively informative site!! check it out) and it seems to be a common fault on the 2's. the problem seems to be the powersteering relay now toyota want $389.40 for one. which seems to be a rather inflated price for a frickin relay. so has any one had this problem and found a relay that does the same job but doesnt carry such a nasty price tag??
