i'm usually on some weeknights and weekends, under corona, if you see me i am usually in the drift servers i have a pretty decent setup for drift, and it ain't too shabby for racing either. At the moment i am playing LFS Alpha 0.5 i think, don't have a license for the full version.

I'm on now and then under the name [FuLLocK]Josh... I grip and drift depending on my mood. Currently trying to break the 1.25 barrier going forward on Blackwood.

noice, i'd love to know how to post replays, i've got some pretty sweet drift ones.
I rarely race anymore mainly cos it takes so long with dickheads crashing off the line and then restarting. PLus if i get a good lead up i generally get crashed out by a lapped noob that finds it fun to drive the track in reverse of park directly on the racing line.

Thats half the fun of it, the first corner on the first lap is full on usually... got to get around the bloody thing before all the "overshooters" come through.

Was playing the first edition of LFS2 demo and some guy had been on earlier and he was slow as shit. I'd won like 3 races in a row left and was just surfing forums. Come back his still their, but now hes winning anyway, he goes i am so great look at me i have won three races in a row.
So i say yeah but look at your fastest lap arse clown 1:44, my non flying laps are quicker than that. Me and a couple of others stirred him up.
First corner i jumped them at the start, he doesn't brake at all. Look in the mirror just hang wide and watch him sail into the wall, bwahahahaaha owned.

anyone noticed how easy it is to pop tyres in alpha vs the orginal demo release, ie 1:30 of donuts vs say 15 mins befor. But tyre wear hasn't necessarily gone up. Bwahaaha after one lap of drifts i need to pit and when i race i still drift mainly power over so for a five lapper i have to nurse it the last couple of laps.

I think you can use online banking to direct deposit to pay for it but im not sure. In order to play the full version of S2 you need to have the whole S1 which means you have to buy both

You can purchase S1 and S2 together but it generaly costs the same as buying both individually.

You can map out your own courses on the skid pan, can you??
In the unlocked version of s2?
Might be worth buying!

I've been an avid fan of LFS since the first version came out. I remember seeing it on RaceSimCentral aaaaaages ago.

considering it actually has a clutch function that'd be brilliant to, ahh clutch kick mid corner when revs drop hehe. Whats the quickest time it takes to pop tyres, the best i can do it in is 1:20 doing doeys (normal inflated tyres). Did in like 30 secs by putting pressure up to max then ripping it up.

you can add objects to any level by pressing shift + U. oh and for people with the complete S2 (non-demo) on the blackwood car park in the editor you can add ramps

Yeah goto the options/controls, and turn up the steer rate, and fast steer multiplier. Then assign a button for fast steer multiplier. My steer rate is on 1.00 and fast steer multiplier on 2.80. With the keyboard that setup works reasonably well.
Corona RT142 - Replays are stored in ...LFS_S2_DEMO_ALPHA_L\data\spr under xxxxx.spr they are only ~50kb for a few mins driving aswel. Maybe you can host them then post the link.
