Car smoky...blown turbo?

My gt4 has just yesterday started smoking, not constantly, and not really under boost, just randomly. Mostly happens when cruising along at normal speeds, the smoke looks blue. When the car is stopped at the lights, or when you park, it smokes too, but this time it looks white, could almost be steam.
WTF can be wrong, my first thoughts would be the turbo, although it is not any worse under boost.
