Just wondering if anybody here can point me in the right direction. I dont know where to be looking for or at. But we want to take in a direct families child as the mother has passed away. The child lives in PNG and was wondering how to go on about it?
I've done a few searches on government sites and google. But dont know who to call or ask. Maybe anyone out here can shed some light?
