Manual conversion and high flowing JZZ30 Soarer

Hi, I dont tend to post here too much but noticing that a lot of you guys with soarers have done it and whatnot, Im just curious as to how much a manual conversion for a Soarer would be for the parts and installation. I know some of you will reply with "I did it myself" which doesnt really help a non-mechanic.
And also just for a basic high flowed steel turbine setup - I dont want anything too major, just that at the moment I am trying to sell my soarer, but the truth to the matter is that it is such a nice car and my reasons for selling is due to the gearbox seeming to slip gears. The clutch bands are apparently dying and to remedy that would cost at least a thousand, and if im spending that much a manual conversion would be better if not a bit more expensive.
And the turbos, well the car is 13 years old now, has done 142,000kms and Im told that with the factory ceramic turbines theyll almost always disintergrate at some stage.
Prices for this would be handy guys, by the way I'm in Perth so if anyone can recommend some workshops who are good with soarers thatd be great.
