I am thinking about buying one of these:

For about $260
I have read that they are good, but for the money are they the best option, as I would like an ebc, as I am told they get your boost up quicker so more power.
I am not a mechanic and have limited experience with turbos, and I have a 1G-GTE powered Corona. How hard would it be to install one of these(Hybrid EBC) and is their a DIY on how I can do this?
