Just picked up a ke25 with a 4k in it, according to the engine bay it came with a 3k standard. Car was unregistered so going through the process of registering just found a question on the form regarding "has the vehicle been modified....... eg. change of engine...."
do i need a blue plate for the 4k??????
any help would be great, dont wanna rock up tomorrow trying to register her and find i cant cause of the 4k.
