bastard electrical problem

got a problem few weeks ago, no spark.. on a 7m-gte in Ma-70
since then tried changing coil pack, ignitor, CPS and every possible combination of the three, the only thing i havnt changed is the computer..
the coil pack gets 12 volt goin in but recieves no ignition signal.. should be a pulse..
what could this be?? i know i should get a multimeter and start probing but with uni i just got no time so someone please point me in the right direction..
