 AE86 Half-Cuts what their worth ??

Hey guys, A guy i know has ae86 halfcut from japan, 4age with extractors etc,dont know whats in it tho,what their done. has everything else accept grill,bumper,suspension,bonnet,dash and panels dinged up, would all be worth 2300 for halfcut ?

Is it Levin or Trueno?
I was considering purchasing a Trueno cut, with 4AGE, all bodywork, suspention brakes etc intact. It had a sticker price of $3000. Bodywork was a little rough, but all repairable. Levin would be worth less, no suspension and brakes also worth less, no bodywork worth even less.
Essentially all you are buying is a RWD engine with loom, and a few bonus extras.

There was a trueno halfy at Juat Jap Kirrawee for $3000 absolutely trashed body and no brakes... RIP OFF!!

In my sprinter, the loom, engine and gearbox was enough... you dont need any more... Unless your doing a trueno front conversion, thats a whole nuther barrel of fish...

when i got my parts sss automotive were asking $4000 for
the half cut everything was good, panel's were all top notch
but ive got a ke70 so i didnt need the panel so i got
engine package(engine,g/b, loom +cpu, crossmember)$2000
every thing need to get engine running in car is included
in that package(except fuel pump), front suspension and brakes were $450( bit pricy)
radiator was $120, so $2300 is bargin, unless engine is fucked?!

how many km's on motor?
mine came from japan with 172,000 kms on it
you can feel the engine is not the best but
its still plent of go, who you buying it of,
is there some kind of warranty?

i think 65,000ks,said very low
I realy dont know, i will have to ask if will put down any type waranty, it does look pretty dinged up,looks little thrashed

get as much info as you can, and then decide whether
its bullshit or not?

2300 for half a car with panels that could pass for being hit by a mallet and engine thats been treated worse than a thai hooker?
