3t-eu ecu to 3t-gte ecu conversion

Hello.
Ok... I am running a volvo B20 with a 3t-eu fuel injection system now. (ok ok...I know it isn't toyota.) I am planning to change the ecu to a 3t-gte unit. (my friend is offering me one.) And I also have a turbo laying here... it'd be cool to use some of the 3t-gte pressure switch features...hehe.
Here comes the question, since the GTE is double plugged... does it receive the same signal as the other ecu... (the 3t-eu injects once per 2 ignition pulses)
Does the reluctor on the 3t-gte's dizzy have 4 peaks or 8 peaks... (I was thinking of 8 since it's double plugged... but then again, it maybe 4 since both plugs have to fire at once...)
