SL666 Regular Location: Canberra Registered: October 2004	1jz - soarer/chaser/etc Auto's Tue, 18 October 2005 01:55 Hey guys, Ive got a 1Jz going into my hilux, its sitting in there.. its a soarer motor, with a chaser trans, which has caused a few issues. im running the stock ECU and loom, but need a slipper yoke output on the box (which the chaser one has) - the Chaser trans has different sensors/plugs in it, can i just bolt on the soarer items to make it plug in? - the chaser trans have slipper yoke outputs, which is great, i believe soarer ones have a fixed output? (the v8 ones do) can this be changed? - am i better off to get a whole good soarer trans and change the output? or just change the sensors over onto the chaser box? how many other variants are there of this?
