1.Ordinary Business
a)Annual Financial Report
Receipt of the annual financial report for the year-ending 31st January, 2003.
Read to all members by the President, Rodney Try.
b) Election of Committee Members
As per nominations received to elect a committee to run Toymods for 2003.
Conducted by the Secretary, Danny Kapustin. Overseen by the President, Rodney Try.

2.Special Business
a)It is proposed that “ The Constitution be altered so that point 47 (Principle objectives of the association) now include a part (b)
As follows:
‘(b) The assets and income of the association shall be applied solely in furtherance of its above-mentioned objects and no portion shall be distributed directly or indirectly to the members of the association except as bona fide compensation for services rendered or expenses incurred on behalf of the association’.”
Proposition: PASSSED 19 votes in favour, 0 against.
