Hey guys,
I'm considering selling my 3tgte which i purchased off Toyospares. I haven't run this motor at all since buying it, as it is part of an abandoned project.
The motor comes with a loom and still has a flywheel attached, also has knock sensor. Only thing missing is the ECU unit and it will run.
Toyospares carried out a compression check in front of us and all the cylinders were running good compression. A compression test is welcome if you know what wires to hook up to a battery :s
Still has exhaust manifold attached but it is cut further down, i have a 2.25" exhaust that can be negotiated into the price.
Looking for offers over $1000, feel free to ask any questions, i can also post up pics later tonight

what car are these motors out of??
any turbo shaft play??
do u know its history eg: where it came from, kms etc?

I will check turbo play as soon as i can mate
not sure of its history or k's or anything like that. As i said, i just purchased it from Toyospares in Bayswater and never used, i know that the motor was running stock boost when it come out, i asked them that
the motor has turbo coolers, alternator, distributor and so forth all still attached. the wiring looks like a bit of a mess coz i had to drape it into the shot, its not as daunting in real life.

the loom is fine! well thats how i got it from toyospares...the ecu unit was cut off it tho. looms dont look that good when they are sitting, unwired to a car
ive got a microtech ltx8 i may be willing to part with if people want to hook that up as well....comes with loom, hand controller and so forth

not sure whats its mapped for, i bought it pretty new. i will find out if it has been mapped tonight. id be after over $1000 before id consider selling it. but this is just an option, just sussing it out at the moment

I might be interested in the engine mounts mate. email will be sent shortly. Sorry, but as you sed the loom was cut for the new ecu, and i didnt want a cut loom at all, so looks like ill buy setsuna's motor. otherwise, good price, and good luck with the sale, hopefully black72 will buy it

Guys, i also have the airflow meter AND a good condition radiator with a thermo fan on it.....
Need a quick sale, this is a good price guys..
$1500 and everything is yours...complete package aside from the ECU unit..which you can get on here cheap and easily enough
