Ive been looking around for my next car and ive noticed that every SECA ive have looked at has had more rust in it then the hatch's.
Are Seca's more prone to rust because of their design, large, flat back window ?
It's mainly around the rear wheel wells, and around the pertol cap.
Ive also been told the later model AE82 4ag's came with a stronger block, 6 ribs as apose to 3 is this correct ???
I drove an 88 Seca that had a red cam cover, and TVIS was noticable around 4500 rpm. 230 000kms, had exhaust.
The hatch i drove was an 86 model and TVIS wasnt real noticable at all. It had 181 000kms stock exhaust and blue cam cover.
Does an exhaust make TVIS more noticable?
Anybody have some suggestions as to why the TVIS wasnt as strong in the hatch ? Is TVIS something that is hard to replace or fix ???
