Hello all.
I am thinking about selling my little sleeper. I have owned it for a little over a year now. It was turbo'd when I bought it but I have changed just about everything in the engine bay since then. Specs are as follows:
1990 Holden Nova/ Corolla Sedan
10 months rego
Red in colour. Some small scratches and marks. A little rust around the windscreen.( easily repaired )
MAP sensored 4a gze with about 40klms since full rebuild. (drove from builders to the workshop its in now)
Rings and bearings replaced, all new seals, new timing belt, new water pump and crank pulley. Head machined and pressure tested and valve stem seals replaced.
3 layer steel headgasket
Custom stainless exhaust manifold. Equal length runners. Impressive looking manifold. Has sufficient bracketing.
Brand new t3/t4 turbo (To4e). Not on car yet as i'm waiting for it to be delivered
35mm external wastegate. (also waiting for it to be delivered so brand new)Plumbed into dump pipe
Manual bleed valve
EVO 3 front mounted intercooler. Painted black and hidden behind un-chopped bumper.
Blitz BOV.
Alloy intercooler piping.
Oil catch can.
Remote oil filter setup
Thermo fan
Malpassi rising rate fuel reg.
Standard ECU. Runs this setup fine. Has had a/f meter on it to be sure its not leaning out.
3" stainless dump into 2.5" mild steel piping with high flow cat and smallish muffler. (to add to the sleeper look)
5spd LSD gearbox. Diff was recently tested the right way (no, not by doing a burnout) and is still very tight.
Monroe GT shocks all aound
Kingsprings all round ( 1 inch front, 1.5 inches rear)
SX strut brace
Whiteline sway bars front and rear
SX rear disc conversion
16 inch Speedy Hyperfangs
90% Falkens on the front
40% Dunlops on the rear
Camber adjusters on front
Also has
Apexi turbo timer
Autometer boost guage (mounted in change pocket just above the ciggy lighter)
Aftermarket steeringwheel and gear knob
AE92 GTZ front seats (i've been told thats what they're out of)
The next step with this car was gonna be the ecu but i'm tired of putting money into a FWD. With a programmable ECU and some fuel system upgrades, i'm confident this car can run some quick 1/4 mile times.
Like I said in the subject, this is just an expression of interest. I don't have a number around what I want for it. If somebody makes an offer I can't refuse, then I won't refuse it.
Any questions? Feel free to ask
~Josh
