DVD apps?

What dvd apps are you guys using to create dvds with menus?
I dont want to know what you use to rip dvds etc, just what you use to burn them and create menues.
I currently have a bunch of TV episodes in .rmvb format which I have converted to .vob files ready to be burnt to a dvd. I just need to be able to create a menu for the episodes.
I normally use Nerovision, but for some reason it crashes 80% of the way through burning the .vob files I have.
I have tried Ulead dvd movie factory, but god damm its a slow ass program.
So what else can I try?
Also has anyone else used .rmvb files to make a dvd?

I use Ulead DVD Movie Factory & Ulead DVD Workshop to create and movies.
And use Nero to do any DVD burning. I've not had any problems with these for the small amount of movies I've put together myself.
