September 8th Harbour Cruise

Here is an idea for a get together. People complain that i can't make events cause of gigs, well how about the event be my gig!! hehe.
On the 8th Sep , Rattle and Hum, U2 Show, are putting on a harbour cruise for all the regulars. There are 170max people allowed on the boat and it will be a 4 hour cruise from 6-10pm - Darling Harbour.
I'm yet to run this by Simon and Rod but what do you all think? If Rod and Simon like the idea, we can make this an official event. Will be charge of No more than $25 to cover hiring the boat and stuff, drinks are a good price and if you love U2, then we will look after that.
Definatly something to bring your partner along to and i'm looking forward to the night harbour view. ( and playing some tunes for my mates)

But I can only tolerate 1/2 hour of your playing 
Where has the band been selling tickets? ( ie what percentage of single females age 20-30 have bought tickets?)

hmm... anyhow... this is a fun filled night and we don't want guys coming on the boat with drooling mouths and licking lips at all our groupies... so iggy if you can't control yourself, better leave it at home.

well i'm a happy, unmarried man iggy who only has eyes for the female types. Didn't know you had turned since last time i watched you try and cut someone's grass at a gig... maybe an oxford st pub would be more your place

Now that's scary, I can't remember trying to pick up anyone at any of your gigs! Pubs aren't usually where I trawl, too loud. Was I that drunk?!?!

Ok... Sep 8th. Will be 6:15pm till 10:15pm.
$22 Charge to cover boat and PA Hire... its gonna be LOUD on the harbour. Its a four hour cruise and oyu can drink all you want but don't fall over board. Be good to bus it in or car pool.
Once we get the go ahead from the board... we will make this an official outing.
