AUTOMATIC CAR WASH

hey in our local town we just got one of those brushless automatic car washes (yes where a bit behind the times) bit this is some fancy one, but yeah...took the celica through and it came up really good.
especailly on the rims, my stockies have never looked so good. anyone else had any good or bad experience's at the car wash?

This may sound pretty extravigant but i goto one every sunday after lunch to wash my gz20 i drive around 20kms to get to my Girlfriends about 3 times a week alone , plus work every 5 - 6 days
that combined with driving everywhere because i love to drive gets my baby a little dirty , i put in about 8 bux for around 6-7 mins of useage
Get the Pre-wash soft spray out to wet the car , then get the pink foam stuff with that brush and give it a rub over , then a solid 3 mins spray with the highpower hose to get all the sand/exhaust soot outta/off it , then hit it wil a 2 min of wax coating !
comes up great , what a shine !
and THAT Weird shit that is on my car for no reason like a brown sap from a tree or something , like i dont even park under a tree or near somewhere where i can get these brown dots but they just show up on my car during the week .. its no bird poo either i dunno wat it is , someone pls tell me *sigh*[/rant]
i love them and i use them weekly , they are a lot better than the BP washes coz they either
A: Snap ya Rear wiper off with the massive blower thing at the end that drys the car
or
B: Scrathes ya car with the brush/whipper things
yeah ..

It's bug crap. The bug lands on your car and takes a dump, I watched one do it just after I washed my car.

Don't know about you guys but if I park my car near our gum tree the leaves leave fucking nasty brown marks if we have a decent dew in the moring bloody hard to get off too.
The worst of all is bat shit when the tree flowers, add to that the car getting covered in pollen. Occassionally when it flowers we cop these flying black and orange bugs that cover the whole front yard, ie grass literally is black with orange specs and crawling.
Always interesting to see to what speed they last on the windscreen wipers.

Its sap from the tempra tree (doonus-minisculeus) Its very light so it can travel through the air over a pretty long distance.Its actually clear but the dirt/polish makes it show up brown,black etc.Its best removed with a bit of metho/alcohol or somthing designed to remove oily stuff,I think morning fresh works ok aswell but still requires a little elbow grease  You can usually find the tree by giving the ones near your car a shake,its usually the ones in their infancy that relaese the most so you will actually see the sap float off in the air..
Oh by the way I dont REALLY know what the name of the tree is and my latin lingo actually maens small penis  But the bit about the sap is true
