 Rotating chassis stand - Help please

I want to fabricate a rotating stand for my ae86 chassis, so I can rust repair, seam weld and paint it with ease. I want to be able to rotate the chassis 360 degrees and stop it at any position. I would also like to be able to trailer the whole assembly around with car on stand.
Just looking to draw up some design plans for now. I have not seen such a stand in the flesh and can't find anything useful on the internet. I'm hoping someone can provide me with usful information or pictures. Thanks.
