what is my best option to do fuel pump/tank wise with my 1UZ-FE?
for now the engine is going to be run fairly stock....but i'd want a fuel pump that can handle say 300-350rwkw.
i was thinking of just going a VL Turbo pump.
how does this sound??
but i think the VL Turbo's had two fuel pumps...one low pressure and one high pressure....would i need the two...or just the one high pressure one?? i have no idea with this type of stuff!
some ppl say get an in-tank one so you don't need an outside surge tank, now this may sound stupid but i've never worked with fuel pumps etc before but what is this surge tank and how big are they and where can i mount them?! ....i still need to get a fuel tank probly custom made so could prob easily get one with an in-tank surge tank anyway.
but as far as i know an out-of-tank would be easier to work with..
