1g-gte internals?

well after searching for 20min i'm left with more answers than before, i'll be getting a 1g-gte from a ga70 to toy around with for my project and just wanted to know where can i go to find new internals for it (titaniam valves, valve springs, clips, forged pistons, rods, ect.) if anywhere or what other engines can i use aftermarket parts from? also how much HP have the stock internals been known to hold? and i know i'll pretty much get raped on the shipping charges since i'm in the U.S. and there is no market for 1G's  anyway if someone could answer some of these or point me to an informative web site or a site that sells 1G parts i would really appreciate it
