efi temp sensor?

Anyone know what resistence the efi temp sensor usu outputs? More specifically, what range of values represet very cold to normal running temp? (7afe, however prob same as 4age etc?)
And where is it usu located in toyota 4cyl engines (so i can tap in and alter the signal
