1g dizzi timing

Because I've taken the 1g dizzi off, and it's been spinning around and the likes, it's now thoroughly out of time.
Does anybody know what the timing marks are and how I reposition the distributor to make it back in time?
I'm assuming I would need the motor at cyl 1 TDC and then take the dizzi rotor off and put it at a certain point.
Any help would be appreciated
