WTD: Perth AE86 or other cheap 5sp/RWD/coils

I'm looking for an econo-funabout (pardon the gayness). Criteria I've got are:
Weight: under 1000kg
Trans/Axle: 5spd man/rear wheel drive
Suspension: coil sprung
Body: pref 3door hatch, I am flexible though
Just a cheap stocky, thats running well and will keep me dry in winter, with the scope to restore each summer. AE86 fits the criteria fairly well, one other idea I've come up with is the 1983/84 TG Gemini 1.8 Diesel. A gutless 40kW/105Nm new, its also a little heavier than the 86, not in the body style, but I'm keen on experiencing a diesel, its alot cheaper to restore as there's plenty of Gemini's, and who the hell wants to restore a Gemini anyway haaha.
I'm open to suggestions, and practical or imaginative ;)
