W40 vs W55

I'm thinking about buying an RT112 wagon, $200 It has an 18R or 21R or something in it, and an F series Drum brake diff, which I want. It also has a 4 speed which I'm guessing is a W40.
Now, is the input shaft and output shaft differently splined on the W40 to the W50 and others?
I imagine it would be the same as the W50 that came with the 3TGTEU, as I will be using a T -> W bellhousing and possibly a 3TGTEU flywheel and clutch aswell.
I imagine the input shaft wouldn't be the same splined as my current T50 either. Which is 21 spline I think.
I've got a 2TGEU in my KE35, and I am going to put a SC14 on it in the near future. If the W40 is the same splined as a W5x then I will buy the wagon for these parts.
Anyways, if you made any sense out of that, please lemme know what you think.
