i no it is possible, but how HARD is it to cram 17's inside these wheel guards, ie
do i have to get them rolled
do i have to get a chamber set ?
am i limitted with their stud pattern
etc

When it comes to fitting bigger rims, the diameter of the rim itself isn't important - it's the overall diameter of the tyre you have to worry about. If you get low-profile tyres you should be able to keep the overall diameter the same as the factory original tyre, and then you won't have any problem. Of course the width of the rim and tyre is another matter...

i think your best bet would be to go where u are going to get the wheels and try them on, im sure they would let you...

also if u are getting low profile tyres then u have to worry about bumps etc. and not to damage yer rims, but i guess we all have to do that. Rolling Eyes

not sure as i dont have my rims but, my mates friend screwd his up by goin over one pasty(u know the lil yellow lumps in the roads neer intersections) yer he had to get them re machined then he sold them coz they werent as strong as before and he didnt want to risk it...

i would say like pot holes, ummm dodgee train lines etc. anything that u think may damage yer wheels Shocked
