Same as above I pretty sure you can just cut the wires. I will have to check my wiring diagrams to be sure. If you want to you can use some relays to switch in/out the resistor which drops the voltage to the fuel pump. Not really necessary. The resistor would cost a fair bit and its value will depend on which fuel pump you have. Not worth the effeort IMHO Don't worry about it. Its just there to help stop noise by creating back pressure. It opens up when you plant the right foot. Don't cut any wires which go from the ECU and ECT to the engine and transmission. Remeber to keep the shift plate which locks the shifter in place.
