thefastj Regular Location: Melbourne Registered: January 2003	Re: technical 1UZ-FE questions Mon, 14 April 2003 05:31 thanks again KDog! some ppl told me just to make sure that the TRC and ABS will not be in an "active" state if i "just cut em off" as this will retard my ignition to slow me down....don't want that do we!! good to hear that i should be able to just cut them, easy! another easy question while the topic is going....at the front of the inlet-manifold there are two hoses coming out... i think one goes to the air-intake-piping, and the other goes to the power steering pump. now i think these are just vacuum hoses yes? and since i am not running power steering, i should just be able to unplug the hose from the power steering pump and leave it just dangling (so it looks as if it goes somewhere but it won't really! ) and it won't cause any problems...yeah? thanks, Aaron.
