So in other words,

1.I would wet sand the surface of the object first
2.Then use grease remover to remove dirt/grease etc
3.Use Primer filler
4.Paint
5.Then add a clear coat over the top?
6.Buff

-How much do i have to wet-sand the suface? (pls run thru)

-How many layers of primer filler? -and do i have to sand in between each layer (if required)

-Is thicker the better and will this be weather resistant?
