I'd imagine that intuitively an IS300 will be a bit easier, given that it runs the 2JZGE (and in the US a 5 speed, so you'd think there might just be the room for the 6 speed).... ECU-wise, use the stock one for starters, then go to M800 - it can control the VVTi. With regards to brakes, see if you can locate and measure up the '97 onwards Supra 4 spots and big rotors.They might fit, after all the front rotors on the IS200/300 are the same as the NA JZA80, and I understand the big Supra turbo brakes are a direct bolt on upgrade for the NA JZA80 Soops. You'd be a bit on your own here so check before buying. I wouldn't touch the rears....I think they are already nice big 307 mm rotors with 2 spot calipers. AP 6 spots have a large *BLING* factor and short of some serious track work, they'd be hard to justify. No experience with the diff, so I won't comment other than to point you to this TRD webpage for diffs. [Report message to a moderator]
