Norbie: There was no fuel pump attached to the block, one of the first things i noticed, I've probably got a spare somewhere. I own 6 18R's of some form. I wasn't sure that with the twin solex I might need something a bit better than the standard pump. I wasn't sure if legally I needed to to a brake and suspension upgrade. I'm pretty sure it has non standard springs on it, not sure about the shocks though.
Witzl: Got hundreds of rags!!! Thousands even. I don't know how the engine mounts are. The engine was rebuilt so I don't really know what was done to the engine bay. There's been a bit of stuff doen to the car but it's a mystery of what exactly has been done.
The Celica I'm putting the engine into has extractors and a 2" exhaust already. Would the extractors from my 18R-C be able to bolt strait up to the 18RG. Hate to replace them if I've already got them there!
