Australia got the MA70's first up - these are the non turbo 7M series engine, they also had the 'narrow' panels, different tail lights, spoiler and front grill. The interior also had a few differences, however I cannot confirm this as I'm going off hear say.
In mid 1988 Australia got the MA71, these are the turbo 7M variants, fitted with the face lifted front/rear end, spoiler and the 'wide body' panels. Interior was updated from the MA70.
Prices range from $7k up to 18K, depending on the usual stuff
