Eddo - just my oppinion - but just put thru a decent set of shockies , then springs and bushes , and maybe look at swaybars down the track for the camry - those alone should make your camry handle pretty sweetly .
They handle pretty good to start off from what i hear from friends who have them ( stock and sportivo ) but dont expect to have it outhandling *true* sportscars (ie supras , mx5,stuff like that) for its a family sedan for the most part ( NOTHING HANdLES WORSE THAN A MAGNA! )
( a bit like a Commodore SS or XR facon - they handle well - very well - but are just a family car under the skin)
Whitelines where id be directing you to - they seem to really have the handling packages off the shelf sorted out ..
I had whiteline gear under my old ta22 - and it was a very fun car to drive and handled briskly compared to others id driven in
Havent had or been in a car with Coil overs - but i know they come at a big price
