The oversea models appear to have more support, particularly the lumbar area where there is a pump. Other seats that fit with little mods (or so I've read) are the MR2 AW11 seats although they sit a bit high. I've solved my prob's by buying a pair of reclining Autotecnica seats. Relatively cheap but the fitting's what costs the most re mod plates, welding etc. If you're interested, I'll let you know how well they fit in the Sprinter using the existing rails ... when I get the car back tomorrow hopefully.
