for starters dont bother with a 12A theyre getting too old to find parts for. however a 13B is relativeley easy to get and with lots of knowledge around are the better choice.
new engine mounts need to be made and your fuel system upgraded to EFI (if not already) possible modification to the gear shifter location in the floor (this varies depending on where you locate the engine. custom tailshaft
theres not much to changing the engine its making it work reliably that takes skill
BTW.why choose a rotary? its like eating a meat pie with fish sauce. Toyota and Mazda it just tastes funny
