Ok, i just took the time to read it, and am kinda glad i did. i WILL NOT be dealing with pedders at all.
i was quite suprised at this bit :

because all we did at our O'connor store was change over 4x4 shocks under warranty!! There were alot of unhappy Pedders customers.
