go to the rta website for qld.
you'll be fairly lucky if they let you put that in your car.
in NSW, there are different rules for <1100kg and >1100kg.
the ta23 is under 1100kg, and because rotors put out so much power, they double their capacity for purposes of determining what you can and cant put in.
so you'd be trying to put a 2.6L turbo in, which is well over what you're allowed.
just go for a 13b bridge port. still has loads of power.
