Before you take your spring out, measure the installed height. Then take out your spring. Take it to your local springworks. (What? You don't know where that is? Look up the Yellow Pages under "springs".) Tell them you want the spring x% stiffer. They will ask you whether you want the car lower, whether you have struts and what the installed height of the original spring is. You have an AE92 (struts all round) so you tell them you want the car to sit y cm or inches lower. They then make the spring.
