It'd be something interesting to try - I'd say it should bring the power you want, although the response may or may not be ideal. It's hard to say really until you try it! But 350kw at the wheels should be doable, if the turbo's don't crack the sads about being run with too much boost - I'd say you'd need to run something like 1.6+bar of pressure to achieve this, and the Nissan turbos may not like it. One way to find out I suppose!
The other option would be to do things Nizpro style - use a slightly old school plain bearing TO4, massive boost, and a pair of old Nissan blow off valves instead of a wastegate - all up it probably wouldn't cost THAT much more than the twin VG30 set up, would be more likely to work, but would defeat the whole purpose of trying something...
