you dont need to all that to pass engineers as it is the same engine apart from head and intake it is still classed as an 18r which it is so you wont needf to do all those mods but even betetr brake upgrade.. simple bolt on from ra60/65 celicas struts are same but they have vented rotors im pretty sure you can use the same springs from the ra23.. im going to be doing that to my ra40 soon whemn i have it turboed... i am not sure if they are 2 spot or one spot calipers though.
