i think "slapping an sc14 on" would be harder than sl;apping the equivalent turbo on (assuming you can get the exhaust manifold made fairly easily)

as otherwise you will have to mod the main pulley, or something to drive the 'charger.

you will have to mod the carbies for blowthrough, and use a fuel pressure regulator of some kind. (for supercharger or turbosupercharger)

if you go suck through, it will be easier (just use one carb, but this will be a stuff around and would be more ideal to go EFI) but you can't use an intercooler. (for supercharger or turbosupercharger)

turbo oil return: drill right sized hole in sump (above oil line id say)

turbo oil feed: use a T piece off the oil pressure sender and have one pipe going to the sender and the other to the turbo. (read this in a damn good book on turbo/supercharhging, by allan allard, never tried it myself but id say it is one of the easiest ways to go)

dunno about cams, but i wuldn't bother getting them reground if you are going forced induction.
