I dont think this is going to work Normally the volts from the alarm to light the blinkers is only high(12volts) for something like a second! This not going to be anywhere long enough for the lights to even popup!
Sounds good in theory but not very practical! Also think about the unnecessary wear and tear on the popup mechanicals
