apparently the mkiv supra turbos tend to fail after 80-100000km unless you're really nice to them (this from a turbo specialist website i *think*)
they're a damn durable car. no need to go changing anything ir you're not after more power. Get a pod filter if you like, that way the stocker BOV will sound through the pod filter.
As was said, dont worry too much about lowering it. they're pretty low as is, and as soon as you start dropping them much they get clearance problems (especially with a front bar/skirts/zorst)
engine is *tough*, and gearbox is even tougher. as long as you keep the boost to a reasonable level (lower than 13psi is good) then you should have no problems
