Yeah, I know what he meant, what I was saying is that it was money spent elsewhere. The ceramic wheels aren't fragile, its only when they get over-boosted and the shaft speed becomes so high they dislodge. With a stock or near stock boost level I can't see this happening.
The Jap-Spec Mk4's came with the ceramic wheels and the US Spec had the steel wheels.
